■ FeaturesFever reducer and pain reliever◆ Loxoprofen T Liquid is a single-dose liquid that can be taken anytime, anywhere.◆ The active ingredient, sodium hydrate of loxoprofen, suppresses prostaglandins, substances that cause pain and fever, and works quickly to relieve pain.◆ It is a component that, after absorption into the body, converts to an active form and exerts its effect, with less burden on the stomach.◆ Does not contain ingredients that cause drowsiness.
■ Do Not Use (If not followed, current symptoms may worsen or side effects may become more likely)1. Do not take if you fall into any of the following categories:(1) Have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Have experienced asthma caused by this drug or other antipyretic and analgesic medicines or cold medicines.(3) Children under 15 years old.(4) Are receiving treatment at a medical institution for: stomach/duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease.(5) Have been diagnosed with blood abnormalities such as low red blood cell count (anemia), low platelet count (easy bleeding or bleeding tendency), or low white blood cell count (blood disorders).(6) Pregnant within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. While taking this medication, do not take any of the following medicines:Other antipyretic and analgesic drugs, cold medicines, sedatives.
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication.
4. Do not take continuously for a long period.(If symptoms such as pain recur after 3-5 days of use, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor.)
■ Consult Before Use1. Consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before use if you are:(1) Receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.(7) Have had illnesses such as stomach/duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disorders.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, stop immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist, as side effects may be present:(1) Symptoms such as excessive decrease in body temperature, collapse, cold limbs, after taking an antipyretic and analgesic like this.(2) Symptoms such as peptic ulcers or swelling.(Serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, bloody stools), gastrointestinal perforation (holes in the digestive tract, with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain), or stenosis/obstruction of the small or large intestine (nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating) may occur. Seek medical attention immediately.)
3. If any of the following symptoms appear, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional:Related areas and symptoms:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: Abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating, heartburn, mouth ulcers, indigestion- Nervous system: Drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache- Circulatory system: Elevated blood pressure, palpitations- Others: Chest pain, fatigue, facial flushing, fever, anemia, hematuria
Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek medical attention immediately:- Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness occurring immediately after taking the drug.- Blood disorders: Sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of face and eyelids, easy bleeding (gum bleeding, nosebleeds), bruising.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme: High fever, conjunctivitis, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, blisters on red skin, worsening or persistence of symptoms.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Congestive heart failure: Fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, dizziness, fainting.- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath on exertion, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Rhabdomyolysis: Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, hips; numbness, weakness, stiffness, dark brown urine.- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
4. If any of the following symptoms occur or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional:Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea.
5. If symptoms do not improve after 1-2 doses (or if other conditions are suspected), stop use and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist.
■ Efficacy and Effects◆ Pain relief for: headache, toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, earache, joint pain, neuralgia, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, fractures, sprains, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), trauma pain.◆ Fever reduction during chills and fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following amount when symptoms appear, preferably away from meals.Age: 1 dose: Number of doses per day:Adults (15 years and older): 1 bottle (10 mL) up to 2 times a day *(If symptoms reappear, a third dose can be taken. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.)Under 15 years: Do not use.
How to Take:Hold the body part and twist from the bottom to detach.Open slowly by turning while upright.Take by gently pressing.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.(2) How to open: Detach one bottle, hold the container upright, turn slowly in the direction of the arrow to open. (Opening forcefully may cause the liquid to splash out.)
