Kamui, injured from his battle with Fuuma in Shinjuku, meets Kakyou, the dream-seer of the Dragon of Earth, in a dream. For some reason, Kakyou speaks in a way that seems to worry about Kamui's well-being, and disappears without revealing his purpose. Meanwhile, Fuuma is steadily destroying Tokyo. Kanoe, who guided the "Dragon of Earth," feels an unfathomable chill at his actions.
