[Ingredients] 200g of red shiso, 500g of sugar, 13g of citric acid, 1 liter of water
1. Put the shiso leaves into boiling water, then squeeze the leaves after it cools.
2. Add sugar to the squeezed juice, heat until just before boiling, then turn off the heat.
3. Let it cool slightly, add citric acid, and mix well.
4. Once cooled, strain through a cloth, add water to your preferred strength, and enjoy.
