This noodle soup base features the savory aroma of dried shrimp from Kyushu, harmonized with the umami of kelp and shiitake mushrooms. It is a "light color type" based on brewed light soy sauce (usukuchi), which enhances the natural color of ingredients. Since it is a double concentrated type, you can enjoy the shrimp flavor according to your preference. It can be used not only as a noodle soup base but also as tempura dipping sauce or in various dishes such as simmered dishes.
Usage Instructions
● Somen, soba, chilled wheat noodles… 1 part product : 1 part water
● Kake soba, udon… 1 part product : 3-4 parts water
● Tempura dipping sauce… 1 part product : 2-3 parts water
● Nimono (simmered dishes)… 1 part product : 3-4 parts water
● Chawanmushi, oden… 1 part product : 6-8 parts water
● Yudofu (tofu in hot water)… use as is
