This is a dashi pack made with domestically sourced ingredients, including Honkarebushi and Arabushi from single-hooked skipjack tuna caught in Kagoshima Prefecture. By utilizing the synergistic effect of umami, it produces a deeper umami flavor. Since it is a seasoned type, the flavor is decided just by adding it. You can boil the pack as is to make udon soup or oden, or break the pack and sprinkle the contents as a seasoning.
