[ 使用方法 ]
2～3滴を頭のてっぺん、両眉の中央及び両側のこめかみに塗布し軽くマッサージしてください。
アロマポットを使用する場合は3～5滴が適量です
頭部・首部 印堂のツボ（眉間の中央）、太陽のツボ（眉と目尻の中間の少し後ろ外側）、風池のツボ（首の後ろ髪の生え際の下で、首の大きな筋の両側を押さえると、痛感を感じる場所）、完骨のツボと合谷のツボを押さえ、精油が吸収されるまで軽くマッサージします。
元気を出したいとき、鼻の下方に少量塗布し、吸入します。 瞑想座禅またはヨガの場合は、薫蒸法がお勧めです。
