Osaawa's Vegetable Cold Noodles (Soy Sauce Sauce) are carefully made using plant-based ingredients for a refreshing cold noodle dish.

These are non-fried dry noodles made with unbleached wheat flour from Japan, containing no kansui (alkaline mineral water).

The noodles have a smooth, slippery texture, a mild tangy flavor, and an elegant soy sauce-based dressing.

◆ How to Serve

1. Place a generous amount of noodles into boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes.

2. Once cooked, transfer the noodles to a colander, rinse with cold water, and drain well. (For an even more delicious taste, chill the noodles in ice water.)

3. Serve on a plate, pour the soup and furikake over, and enjoy.

Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot, cook the noodles to your preferred firmness (about 1.5 to 2 minutes), transfer to a colander, rinse with cold water, drain well, then serve with the attached sauce and your favorite toppings.
