Hikari Chicken Consommé, Liquid Type, is a liquid chicken consommé that is easy to use in cooking.
It is based on chicken bone broth made from young chickens raised by Akikawa Farm.
The soy sauce used is organic honjozo soy sauce brewed from domestic organic whole soybeans and wheat.
The salt used is Shimama-su from Okinawa, and the sugar used is coarse refined sugar from Japan.
It does not contain any chemical seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extract, dextrin, preservatives, or genetically modified ingredients.
◆ How to Enjoy
As soup (for 1 serving):Dissolve 1 bag (10g) in 150-200ml of hot water, float croutons or parsley, or add your favorite ingredients such as wakame seaweed or green onions.If adding beaten egg, add it while warming the soup in a pot.(Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preference)
For cooking:Use as a base for various soups, pot-au-feu, rolled cabbage, curry, meat sauce, stews, etc.Adjust the amount used and the amount of water according to your cooking and preferences.
