【Story】
It is revealed that Sarah's father, Robert, is a murderer. While convinced of this, Sarah cannot shake her distrust of Charles, who kept silent, and makes a certain decision.
Charles becomes depressed and takes out his frustration on other medical staff.
Connor, who succeeded in separating conjoined twins and received an offer from another hospital, decides to leave Chicago Medical Center and will handle emergency cases involving traffic accidents until his transfer.
However, a patient involved in a traffic accident dies while being moved to the operating room.
Thinking that the time taken to move upstairs could be fatal, Connor comes up with the idea of creating a hybrid operating room in the emergency department of Chicago Medical Center, but...

Meanwhile, Peter, a hearing-impaired person with a cochlear implant, is transported after complaining of headaches.
Natalie and Will are in charge and try to arrange for the cochlear implant to be checked during examinations, but Peter's fiancée, Bonnie, who is also hearing-impaired, is skeptical about the implant and argues with Peter.
