Comte de Provence jams are produced in Provence, a region blessed with nature from its warm climate.
The raw fruits are carefully selected not only from France but also from European and Mediterranean countries.
By using mild-sweet raw cane sugar, the original flavor of the fruit is preserved.
Glucose syrup, fructose, corn syrup, etc. are not used.
Of course, preservatives and colorings are not used.

◆Meticulous Manufacturing Process by Artisans
The raw fruits are harvested and frozen at their optimal time, then thawed slowly. A large amount of fruit and a small amount of raw cane sugar are cooked in a cauldron, and artisans determine the cooking time for each batch.
The jam made in this way is bottled while hot and cooled slowly to preserve the fruit's flavor and color.
Comte de Provence jams are made by artisans, not solely by machines, to express the traditional Provençal method of simmering in copper pots.
