Only tea leaves cultivated without reliance on pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used at Singam Pati Farm in India. Located within a nature reserve in a remote tropical primary forest, the farm is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, and endangered species such as the black macaque. ＜How to Brew Delicious Chai with the Pack＞
● Traditional Method (for 2 cups)
1) Put 150cc of water and 2 chai packs into a small pot and heat over medium heat.
2) Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 minute (to preserve aroma).
3) Add 150cc of milk and increase to medium heat.
4) When bubbles form at the edge of the pot, turn off the heat, lightly squeeze the tea bags to extract flavor, and remove them.
● Quick Method (for 1 cup)
1) Place 80cc of water and 1 chai pack in a cup, microwave on high for 90 seconds.
2) Add 80cc of milk, microwave for another 90 seconds, then lightly squeeze the tea bag and remove.
★ Feel free to add sugar or maple syrup to taste.
★ Adjust the water and milk ratio according to your preference.
★ You can make it stronger and enjoy it as iced chai as well.
