Usage Instructions:

Please use after bathing or upon waking, when your skin is clean. It is also recommended to apply before body creams or other products.

Based on monitor surveys, the effectiveness varies depending on the amount and frequency of use. Therefore, it is recommended to use a generous amount (about the size of a 100-yen coin to a 500-yen coin) twice a day (morning and evening; if morning application is difficult, then only at night).
