軟質樹脂フィルムを炭素繊維織物の両側から挟みヒートラミネートしたフレキシブルなカーボンレザーです。
電磁波を通さない特性と革の2～3倍の強度を持ち、防水性もある事からオールシーズン使用していけます。
柔軟性、耐候性、耐擦傷性などの特徴はRoHS、REACH規制などの規格に準拠しています。
「伸びない」＆「型崩れしない」綾織柄。
スタンダードな物と光沢のある物、2パターンございます。
通常と光沢の違いは、使用しているPVCのフィルムの表面が違うだけで、縫製上の違い等はありません。
カバンや、財布などの小物入れ、テーブルクロス、クッションなど、革・合成皮革と同様にお使いいただけ、スキミング防止等も出来ます。
ただ、革のようには伸びません。
注意点として、裁縫にはある程度パワーのある業務用ミシンがお勧めです。
ミシン針も場合によっては剛性のあるチタン針等をご利用ください。
またアイロンがけやウェルダー加工は出来ません。
