フライパンより厚みがあり、熱が均等にじっくり伝わる調理してそのまま食卓にご家庭でも使用可能オーブンも使用可能シーズニング1洗う錆止め用に塗られている油を落とすために食器用洗剤で丁寧にこする。洗い終わったら、洗剤を落とす。2水気を飛ばすタオルなどで水気をとったあと、自然乾燥させる。油を塗る乾いたら、オリーブオイルなどの純粋な油を塗る。表側も裏側も忘れずに塗る。※バター、マーガリン等の塩分を含んだ物は慣らしには使わないでください。塩分を含まない植物オイルをご使用ください。4余分な油はふき取る余分な油は焦げの原因に。キッチンペーパーなどで薄くのばしながら油を塗る。煙がでるまで焼く(3~5を4~5回ほど繰り返す。)火にかける。煙がでてくるまでは中火に。その後弱火にして煙がでなくなるまで焼きつづける。6野菜くずを入れて炒める煙がおさまったら、ネギ、しょうが、ニンニクといった香りの強い野菜くずで炒める。鍋肌まで丁寧に。7油を塗る野菜くずを捨てたら、裏側表側に油を薄く塗る。自然に熱を冷まして完成!レンタル等による貸出し、オークション等による転売や中古販売、及び譲渡によって発生した事故・損傷・劣化・損害・事故などにつきましては、一切責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。
