Ingredients: For 4 servings. Curry Roux: 100g. Onion: 1/2 medium. Beef: 300g. Salad oil: 1 tablespoon. Water: 400-450ml. ① Heat salad oil in a thick-bottomed pot and stir-fry the meat and vegetables cut into appropriate sizes. ② Once stir-fried, add water and simmer.
