In 2020, soprano Yurie Takano made her CD debut from the OpusOne label. Since then, she has been discovered by world-renowned conductor Sado Yūji and producer Tetsuya Oguri, and was selected as the lead Hana Grawari in Sado Yūji Artistic Director's produced opera 2021 『The Merry Widow』 (Hyogo Prefectural Arts and Culture Center). Currently, she is showing remarkable activity as one of the most attention-grabbing young opera singers.
Her second album 『Songs of the Soul』 envelops music with Yurie Takano’s emotionally rich and graceful singing, and she sincerely sings deeply connected songs that stir the soul.
