Equipped with 5-color ink tanks: 4 dye-based inks for photos and pigment-based inks for text. Using light ink and photo ink, it is possible to produce photos without a granular feel. Color printing offers rich expression and color stability. Monochrome printing reduces granularity in gradation areas, enabling professional-quality monochrome output. Furthermore, using pigment black for text ensures small characters are sharp and not blurred, and lines are crisp.

Data storage is via Windows driver. Up to 5 data can be stored. Each storage location has approximately 10MB capacity for print data. If storing "Annex C Page 3-News Letter" from ISO24712 print pattern, it corresponds to about 11 pages. Depending on the data size, it may be necessary to split data or it may not be storable.
