We do not use ingredients that lose flavor. Fruits and vegetables are harvested and processed during their most delicious season. For example, the corn in our popular "Moro Koshi Field Series" has a very short harvest season, making it crucial to determine the right timing.

4. Processing methods that preserve the original flavor
The more heat applied to fruits and vegetables, the more their flavor diminishes. In our jam, which is rooted in Fruit Basket’s origins, we use a special double-vacuum kettle and cook at low temperatures (around 65°C) to minimize flavor loss.

Contracted farmers across Japan grow vegetables and fruits with minimal reliance on pesticides and chemical fertilizers. These ingredients are processed into jams, shaved ice syrups, juices, jellies, and sherbets. Our goal is to produce delicious, safe, and reliable foods without using food additives.
