We do not use ingredients that have lost their flavor. Fruits and vegetables are harvested and processed during their peak season when they are most delicious. For example, the corn in our popular "Moro Koshi Hata Series" has a very short harvest season, making it crucial to determine the right timing for harvest.

4. Processing methods that preserve the original flavor
The more heat applied to fruits and vegetables, the more their flavor diminishes. In our jam, which is rooted in Fruits Basket’s origins, we use a special double-vacuum pot and cook at low temperatures (around 65°C) to minimize flavor loss.

Contracted farmers across Japan grow vegetables and fruits with minimal reliance on pesticides and chemical fertilizers. These ingredients are processed into jams, shaved ice syrups, juices, jellies, and sherbets. Our goal is to produce not only delicious but also safe and secure foods without using food additives.
