A school juvenile RPG where friends burdened with past regrets aim to return to reality.
The title derives from the "Caligula effect," which makes you want to see what you shouldn’t see and do what you shouldn’t do, and features an exciting scenario with "idol killing" as a keyword, along with characters with "modern pathology" as the two main themes, a unique battle system, and songs by Vocaloid producers.
Finally, the highly anticipated PlayStation 5 version of "Caligula2" has been released.

"Now, make a choice without regrets――"

Mysterious virtual idol RIGRET.
The virtual world she created, "Lidu," is a world where everyone’s secretly held desire to redo their lives, "If only I had done this back then..." can be realized.
It is a world where you can experience such "what-if" lives, a warm bath of a world without regrets.

Freed from past regrets and realizing the world is false, the protagonists, realizing the world is a lie, form the "Return Club" with the help of another virtual idol to return to the real world.
The most difficult return begins, facing the creator of the ideal world――

The reality of the Return Club members is filled with horrifying situations that make one want to cover their eyes.
"Why do they still try to return to such a harsh reality?" is a taboo only the player can explore.
When delving into it, do so at your own risk, with "a choice without regrets."

The basic battle is turn-based, but once an action is chosen, you can confirm the future where that action succeeds.
Using this effectively allows for cooperation with allies and overturning unfavorable situations.

To protect the ideal world, in dungeons where the "Obligard Minstrels" await the Return Club, songs sung by RIGRET are constantly played, and people enchanted by her songs see the Return Club as traitors and attack.
The Return Club also counters them with Kii’s singing voice.
The songs are produced by Vocaloid producers active on video sites.
