Abio was named from the Spanish word meaning "calmness, peace of mind, relaxation."
Using kumiko in the back panel and varying the size of the kumiko squares, it appears three-dimensional. It is a Buddhist altar made with careful craftsmanship unique to Japan.
It uses an unobtrusive, gentle wood grain veneer. Its calming color tone is attractive for worship.
Using walnut wood, it has a warm color tone, making it easy to match with both Japanese and Western style rooms.
It also easily matches various colors of Buddhist fittings, so it is recommended for customers replacing their fittings.
The walnut wood door hinge features a construction where a core rod passes through to open and close.
Designed with aesthetics in mind so that the hinges are not visible from outside. Concealing the hardware creates a warmer, gentler impression.
Also, the upper section (reverence platform and Sumeru pedestal) is removable to match the size of the principal image, making it convenient.
If you have a larger principal image or memorial tablet, please refer to the internal dimensions listed to see if it can be securely placed.
An LED light is installed in the ceiling, and it can be easily turned on with a switch next to the light. The LED lighting is very useful during worship in the evening and night. Please quietly light it during memorial services or when important guests arrive.
