Compared to traditional hanging scrolls, it allows for a neat and modern way to enshrine, making it recommended for contemporary or simple Buddhist altars.
The main object of worship, Amida Nyorai (Funadate Amida), is enshrined in the central upper part of the altar.
Master Gendo (on the right) was a Chinese monk who taught the foundational teachings of the Jodo sect, and is enshrined on the right side of the upper part of the altar when facing it.
Honen Shonin (on the left) was the founder of the Jodo sect, and is enshrined on the left side of the upper part of the altar when facing it.
The "Stand Scroll Rinne" is a set product consisting of a wooden stand frame, a hanging scroll, and a protective acrylic sheet for the scroll.
By placing the scroll in a frame, it prevents warping or bending that often occurs with paper scrolls.
Protecting the scroll with an acrylic sheet on the front makes maintenance easy.
*The acrylic sheet comes with a protective film. Please peel it off before use.
The stand frame is available in two colors: Wall color and Light color.
You can choose according to your preference to match the color tone of your Buddhist altar.
It is recommended to choose a color close to the altar's tone or to create contrast with the altar's color.
The acacia wood used for the Wall color has a deep hue, and is a popular wood used in furniture and wooden tableware.
The Tamo wood used for the Light color features a clear and beautiful grain, and is a valuable wood used in high-end furniture.
