宮古製糖の多良間工場は、沖縄県でも最大規模の黒糖工場です。
当工場で製造する風味豊かな固形糖は、菓子、パンの原料として、 また、調味料としてご使用いただいています。
キャラメル大に成型したもので、そのままお召し上がりいただくのに最適です。
お茶うけなどにお召し上がりください。
お料理に使用される際は、あらかじめ包丁などで軽く削っておくと、溶けやすく味に偏りが出にくくなります。
この黒糖は、サトウキビを煮固めたもので、何も加えていない純黒糖になります。
