Fresh coconuts are immediately transported to our factory, where the raw meat is squeezed tightly to produce fresh coconut milk, which is then separated by centrifugation to extract the oil.
No chemical refining is used at all.
We use coconuts that are fully matured, approximately 10 months old.

【Intermediate】 Ideal for cooking with heat!
Healthy oils should be used with attention to temperature.
While chemically refined MCT oils can degrade when heated, natural coconut oil containing 61% saturated fatty acids is suitable for cooking up to 190°C (the highest temperature for plant-based oils). Unlike unsaturated oils like flaxseed or perilla oil, it resists deterioration under heat.
It is the most heat-stable among plant oils, making it highly recommended for cooking.

Please close the lid tightly, keep the container upright, and store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
Both refrigeration and room temperature are acceptable.
To enjoy it in a solid state, refrigerate. To enjoy it in liquid form, keep at room temperature or warm the bottle in hot water around 40°C.
It begins to melt above 25°C, so there is no need to prepare boiling water.
In winter, if the oil solidifies and is difficult to scoop with a spoon, it is recommended to warm the bottle in hot water until liquid, then pour into an ice tray, freeze into blocks, and store in a plastic bag.
This method allows for convenient single-use portions.
In summer, it will be liquid, so using an oil-specific container is recommended.
