1. Product port connection issues:
① When the port connection is successful, the light flashes for 1 to 3 seconds. Since this process takes a little time, please recheck whether the computer correctly recognizes the driver. Try using another USB/Type-C port. If the system does not recognize the driver, the computer may already have the driver installed. Click "Device Manager" and check if the DVD/CD-ROM drive shows a "!" mark. Continue with the DVD drive.
② After a successful port connection, you can confirm whether the DVD/CD drive is recognized by the computer. If recognized successfully, pressing the "IN/OUT" button will cause the disc tray to pop up. Alternatively, operate the computer's eject switch (select the DVD/CD and right-click to choose "Eject").

2. Light flashing issue:
① The light flashes for 1–3 seconds, indicating the duration during which the port is connected and DVD/CD data is being read. The light flashes when pressing the (IN/OUT) button and turns off otherwise.

3. Blu-ray DVD is not recognized.

4. iOS system issues:
The iOS system requires inserting a DVD/CD disc to recognize and eject the external drive on the desktop (self-issue with iOS).

Player issues:
Please ensure there is a downloadable player (such as CyberPowerDVD 18) on your computer for playback. Since the CD/DVD model may be old, it might not be playable with all players. Feel free to visit us for assistance.
