The company started in 2007 by creating items to enrich everyday life, such as organic bedding, aprons, and tablecloths. In 2009, they began producing plastic rugs, which became popular and helped the family business gain momentum. BRITASWEDEN was officially established in 2010. Today, they offer rugs made not only from natural materials like wool and cotton but also from eco-friendly materials such as plastic foil and recycled PET, while also operating as a design studio.
