フローラルブルボンはアマレロブルボンと言う品種で、通常コーヒーの実は完熟すると真っ赤になるのですがアマレロブルボンは黄色く熟します。
ブルボン種は害虫に弱く、季節変動に敏感で手間がかかる上、収穫量は少ないので栽培する農園も少なくなり希少性が高い豆です。
今回の入荷した物は、土壌、肥料、日照条件がかなり良かったのか、他のブラジルに比べ３０％くらい脂質が多くなっています。
