This is a pipe flaring tool kit for domestic and foreign cars that can perform two types of convex processing, flare and double flare, on the tip of brake pipes.
The flaring shape (double flare) is the shape used in general domestic cars.
Convex (SAE type) is the conventional shape, mainly used in older cars, and has a shape like a abacus bead.
Convex (DIN type) has a flat base and is used in European cars and some domestic cars.
Brake pipe double flare processing can be done easily, safely, and reliably.

*How to Use*
(1) Confirm the pipe diameter and convex shape.
(The plates are marked with SEA and DIN.)
(2) Ensure the pipe is straight and clamp it with the plate.
(Set the plate in the main body and fix it with the hex bolt.
) (Also, attach the grip handle to the threaded hole in the main body.

(3) Attach the adapter to the tip of the push rod according to the convex shape to be processed.
(4) Attach the push rod to the main body and turn the handle.
*Apply molybdenum grease without fail to the threaded part and tip of the pressure bolt, the tip of the adapter, and the die taper surface.*
*If the cut end of the pipe is slanted, has burrs, or scratches, accurate flaring cannot be achieved.*
*Always finish the cut surface flat before performing the processing work.*
*Also, if oil stains or other contaminants are attached to the pipe, it will slip when clamped by the die.*
*Always degrease thoroughly.*
*Even with the corresponding diameters and materials, it may not be usable depending on the condition of the pipe, etc.*
