How to Heat

1. Open from the OPE N on the front and confirm the steam vent is facing up.
2. Place the box directly into the microwave and heat according to the indicated time. The inner bag will expand, and steam will escape from the steam vent.
3. Carefully remove the box by holding it.
Heating Time Guide: 500W - 1 minute 40 seconds, 600W - 1 minute 30 seconds, 700W or higher - Not usable

Without opening the inner bag, heat in plenty of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. *Do not cover the pot.
