Add Coffee Beans Turn the hopper to adjust the scale to the desired coarseness, and add the required amount of coffee beans. After adding the coffee beans, be sure to close the hopper lid. The hopper can hold up to 220g of coffee beans, but do not add more than 40g of coffee beans due to the rated time of 20 seconds. Fine grind: Espresso maker, etc. / Medium grind: Paper drip, etc. / Coarse grind: French press, etc. STEP 2. Turn On Set the grinding time adjustment dial and press the "ON / OFF button" to start grinding the beans.
