石雲窯(Sekiun kiln)の青釉煎茶碗(blue Sencha cup)です。
中国北宋時代に、宮廷用の青磁を焼いた窯として知られる、汝窯の青磁器を思わせる、美しい発色の天青色です。
僅かに見られる、紫色や褐色の小さな点が、表面に変化を生み出しています。釉薬が薄い箇所の乳白色は、器全体を柔らかい雰囲気にしています。
この煎茶碗(Sencha cup)は、縁が薄く、お茶を飲むのに最適な厚みです。この茶杯は轆轤成形で作られ、表面を削り、形を整えます。底の削り跡が美しいです。底のみ釉薬が掛かっておらず、陶土の感触が手になじみます。
