We are experiencing some delays due to an unexpected high volume of packages being processed in our warehouse during and just after the holiday season. Shipping companies are also reporting delays caused by high volumes of items that may lead to longer than expected delivery times. We sincerely apologize for this and any inconvenience caused.

The New Years holiday in Japan this year is, depending on company, between Dec 30 (Mon) - Jan 5 (Sun).
The ZenPlus office, including customer support and the ZenPlus warehouse, will be entirely closed during the following dates:
Dec 30, 2024 - Jan 2, 2025
- ZenPlus customer support
- ZenPlus warehouse and international shipping
- ZenPlus office
Many Japanese companies, including the online retailers on ZenPlus and shipping services we use, will be on holiday during or around these dates. This will impact shipping times, as some items will not arrive at the ZenPlus warehouse until after the New Year's holiday.
Some sellers on the ZenPlus marketplace may take a longer New Year holiday than others, possibly not shipping their products to our warehouse until Jan 7-8. With that in mind we expect international shipping to gradually come back to normal during the first half of January.
