We have sent each of the three winners an email with speficic instructions on how to claim their prize. If the selected winners have not contacted ZenPlus as asked, new winners will be selected and contacted on Feb 23, 2024.

- Sign Up for Free: Create a free ZenPlus account and confirm your email address between January 10, 2024 and February 10, 2024 (Japan Standard Time) to automatically enter our giveaway contest. No purchase is necessary!
- Eligibility: Open only to new users worldwide who are of legal age in their respective countries. Those who have registered for a ZenPlus account prior to January 10 are ineligible for this giveaway.
- One Entry Per Person: Multiple entries (like using different emails) will be disqualified.
Prizes
- First Prize: Nintendo Switch OLED
- Second Prize: MoriMori LED Lantern Speaker
- Third Prize: Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones
- Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winners.
- The prizes will be shipped within 10 business days after confirming their address. We will cover shipping costs, but winners will be responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, surcharges, and customs charges that may arise.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Drawing Date: Winners will be randomly picked and notified via email on February 13, 2024.
- Claiming Prizes: Winners must accept their prize and confirm their email within 7 business days by answering to the email they will receive. If a winner doesn't respond, a new winner will be chosen.
- Privacy: We'll only share the first names of the winners on this page to keep personal information private.
- Only shipping addresses outside of Japan will be eligible for delivery of any of the prizes in this giveaway.
