The origin of this family crest is as follows. This is becouse the ancestors were rewarded with shrimps by the feudal lord for their achievements in the battle 500 years ago. Since then, they have used the original three stones crest with a shrimp design added.
Kurotomesode
This black Kimono, the "Kurotomesode", only has a design on the lower half and is the highest status of kimono for married women. It is worn by mothers of the bride and groom at a wedding, along with other relatives from both sides, and the female half of the matchmaking couple.Since it is so important, there will be five dyed crests on it.
