Daizu Days' germination technology is the result of extensive research. Germination is the moment of new life birth for plants. In the early stages of germination, the appearance of the soybean does not change much, but dramatic changes occur inside the soybean.
This is where the super sprouted soybean comes in. After soaking the soybeans in water overnight, within a few hours, the soybeans sprout and roots emerge. During this process, GABA is produced through germination, and the flavor component glutamic acid also increases.
