Born in Asakusa, Tokyo, in 1954.
In 1972, he apprenticed under his father, the second-generation Jisso Minmasa.
In 1983, he succeeded the name Sanse Bessho Jisso.

In 1993, he repaired the long-cherished gold fittings of the Kannon-in Temple in Kawagoe.
Since then, he has produced and exhibited numerous works, including:
- Traditional armor with Kihonki Masanari's armor fittings
- A helmet with a San Kubi-gata maetate and a Do-maru armor
- Tokugawa Ieyasu's "O Kuro Atamabuta-gata Kabuto" (Black Headcloth Helmet)
- Toyotomi Hideyoshi's "Black Lacquer Uma Ran no Kabuto" (Horse-Lizard Helmet)
- Kuroda Nagamasa's "Kuro Ryo Ginpaku Oshi no Kabuto" (Black Silver Leaf Helmet)

In 2009, he expanded his activities by reproducing the helmet of Saito Minemori, a treasure of Tada Shrine in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, through meticulous copying.

All parts of the helmet bowls and small fittings, which are now mainly produced by machinery, are handcrafted by Jisso.
He believes that the charm of craftsmanship remains both in the past and present.
Even slight distortions that are not perfectly straight add to the authentic feel of the helmet, reflecting the handwork of the era when it was used.
He researches by visiting museums, studying real helmets firsthand, and considering how they are made before creating his works.

As a armor craftsman, he is committed to continuously making "things that satisfy customers" and "the best possible items" he can produce, driven by a strong conviction.

Founded in 1946 in Sumida, Tokyo, it has been manufacturing screens for festivals, hotel venues, and decorations.
The shop also manages a folding screen museum and offers experiences in making screens, actively promoting and preserving the culture of folding screens.
