★17歳(1996年)でロン=ティボーを制し、2010年にはオーケストラの最高峰ベルリン・フィルのコンサート・マスターに就任した若き天才/樫本大進が、最高のパートナー/リフシッツとともに満を持して録音に向かったベートーヴェン:ヴァイオリン・ソナタ全集第3弾。★パートナーのリフシッツのことは、(樫本が)12歳のころから知っており、『べートーヴェンを一緒に録音するなら彼しかいない! 』と思い続けていた。その後幾たびかの共演を経て、2010年、2012年、2013年に行った日本ツアーもオール・ベートーヴェン・プログラムということからも分かるとおり、実演を経て練ったうえでレコーディングを迎えている。★収録曲の≪春≫(第5番)は、1999年9月22日、20歳のときにリリースしたデビューCD『Daishin Debut』(SONY Classical)にも収録。ヴァイオリン曲の中でも、屈指の知名度もあり、ヴァイオリニストがこだわりをもって演奏する曲。デビューから14年、音楽家として濃密な経験を経たのちに録音したこの作品だけでも一聴の価値あり。
