1968年、東京都に生まれる。1992年、明治大学法学部法律学科卒業。
2004年、一橋大学大学院国際企業戦略研究科経営法務コース修士課程修了(経営法修士)。
一般企業勤務を経て、1996年、司法書士試験合格。1997年、司法書士登録、近藤誠司法書士事務所開業。
2005年度と2006年度の法務省司法書士試験委員、日本司法書士会連合会の総合研究所で制度研究部会研究員を務める。
著書に『不動産登記を見る・読むならこの1冊』『バーテンダー司法書士楓の事件ノート』、
共著に『会社を経営するならこの1冊』(いずれも自由国民社)がある。
