収穫後12時間以内に搾油。ノンフィルターでオリーブの美味しさをそのままボトリングしました。濃いゴールデンイエローの色合い。新鮮な果実を思わせる香りがありフルーティな味わいとアーモンドのような後味があります。野菜のスープやお肉料理などに最適です。
