[How to Use](1) Detach the auxiliary belts from the hook-and-loop fasteners on the main body.(2) Hold it so that the "Up" tag is on the right side.(3) Pull both ends so that the main body forms a V-shape when viewed from the front, and secure the hook-and-loop fasteners (aim for approximately 5cm below the navel).(4) Stretch the auxiliary belts and attach them to the main body to adjust the level of tightness.
