It includes "CAN YOU CELEBRATE" (1997), which recorded the highest single sales for a Japanese female solo artist of all time, "SWEET 19 BLUES" (1996), also a representative song, and "Love Story" (2011), the theme song for the Fuji TV drama "I Couldn't Fall in Love," which recorded 3.5 million downloads.
"CAN YOU CELEBRATE" and "SWEET 19 BLUES" have new vocals recorded. Furthermore, "CAN YOU CELEBRATE" has been remade into a luxurious new version with the participation of world-renowned violinist Taro Hakase.
In addition to the audio sources of the top 15 songs, the bonus track includes the unreleased song "Contrail Ballada Ver."
