【使用方法】
●飲み物・汁物の場合
・飲み物などに本品を加え、粉が溶けるまでよくかき混ぜてください。
※水・お茶などの場合、2分程でとろみが付きます。
●あんかけとして使用する場合
・だし汁などに本品を加え、よくかき混ぜてとろみを付けてから料理にかけてください。
●ミキサーで使用する場合
・本品と一緒にミキサーにかけてください。
・食品の水分量が少ない場合は、水やだし汁を加えてからミキサーにかけてください。
※とろみが弱い場合は、別の容器で強めのとろみを付けたものを加えて調整してください。一度とろみを付けた食品に、再度、本品を加えると、ダマになる場合があります。
