Wash thoroughly with dish soap and hot water, and dry well. 2. Place food and preserving liquid (such as marinade) into the jar. When pouring the preserving liquid, be careful not to exceed the "full water line" marked on the jar, or leave about 2cm empty from the jar's opening. 3. Attach the rubber gasket and securely fasten the metal clamp. Soaking the rubber gasket in hot water before attaching it will make it easier to fit. 4. Place the sealed jar in a pot and add water to cover the jar by about 2-3 cm. Place a cloth in the pot to prevent the pot and jar from direct contact. Boiling time varies depending on the jar's capacity and recipe. *Always start boiling from cold water. Placing the sealed jar into boiling water may cause it to break. 5. Once boiling is complete, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. The vacuum-sealed jar's lid will be sealed and will not open easily. This method allows for hygienic long-term food preservation. *Once the gasket has been used for vacuum sealing, please replace it with a new one for subsequent uses. *Please note that the lid design may change due to the manufacturer's circumstances.
