●From the era when the only way to preserve food was in glass jars, Le Parfait has been founded and continues to develop in Reims, a city in the Champagne region of France. Since its founding in 1935, Le Parfait's sealed jars have earned the trust of customers with their consistently high quality. Sand transforms into glass jars, and natural rubber changes into orange gaskets, reborn as Le Parfait's iconic sealed jars. Le Parfait has been passionately engaged in the manufacturing of sealed jars, unchanged since its founding. Steps for Boiling and Vacuum Preservation 1. Wash thoroughly with hot water and dish soap, and dry well. 2. Place food and preserving liquid (such as marinade) into the jar. When pouring the preserving liquid, be careful not to exceed the fill line marked on the jar, or leave about 2cm empty from the mouth of the jar. 3. Attach the rubber gasket and securely fasten the metal clips. The gasket will be easier to attach if dipped in hot water before attaching. 4. Place the sealed jar in a pot and add water so that it covers the jar by about 2-3cm. Place a cloth in the pot to prevent the pot and jar from touching directly. Boiling time varies depending on the jar's capacity and recipe. *Always start boiling from cold water. If you place the sealed jar in boiling water, it may break. 5. Once boiling is complete, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature as is. The vacuum-sealed jar's lid will be sealed and will not open easily. This method allows for hygienic long-term preservation of food. *Once the gasket has been used for vacuum preservation, please replace it with a new one for subsequent use.
