Le Parfait has been passionately manufacturing sealing bottles since its founding. Boiling vacuum preservation procedure 1. Use dish soap to wash thoroughly with hot water, then dry well. 2. Put the food and preservation liquid (such as marinade) into the bottle. When pouring the preservation liquid, be careful not to exceed the water line marked on the bottle or leave about 2cm from the mouth of the bottle. 3. Fit the rubber gasket and securely attach the metal fitting. The rubber gasket is easier to fit if soaked in hot water before fitting. 4. Place the sealed bottle and water in a pot so that the water covers about 2-3cm above the bottle. Place a cloth so that the pot and bottle do not touch directly. The boiling time varies depending on the capacity of the bottle and the recipe. *Always start boiling from water. If you put the sealed bottle into boiling water, it may break. 5. After boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. The vacuum-sealed bottle's lid will be airtight and difficult to open. This method allows hygienic long-term storage of food. *After using the gasket for degassing storage once, please replace it with a new one when using again.
