This is a Microcast spool for the ABU Ambassadeur 2500C series, Trout Special model. The groove depth is 1.8mm, specialized for stocked trout ponds and mountain streams. By making the groove shallower than conventional models and adopting the TR specification, the outer diameter of the spool is made low inertia, allowing it to handle lighter lures. Furthermore, with the same weight, casting is possible with less force than conventional models. This model is compatible with magnetic brakes, but dedicated magnetic brakes are currently under development, so currently it is only equipped with centrifugal brakes. *Dedicated magnetic brakes are currently under development. MicrocastBrake AMB1520 and AMB1540 are not compatible. Developed targeting regular-sized trout in stocked trout ponds and mountain streams. Not suitable for intense fishing requiring durability equivalent to or greater than that for large trout in main streams or bass fishing. If you wind a large amount of thinner nylon line than indicated in the line capacity, there is a risk of spool damage due to swelling and shrinking caused by the water absorption characteristic of nylon line.
