Description of a slim, flexible desktop microphone by the manufacturer

A small, space-saving microphone suitable for meetings and similar uses

Audio-Technica's monaural microphone "AT9930" is small and space-efficient, making it suitable for any location. It is a high-quality stand microphone compatible with digital recording devices. Equipped with a mute switch, it operates via plug-in power supplied from the connected device's microphone terminal, eliminating the need for battery switching (built-in automatic power switching circuit). Additionally, the adoption of a 3-pole plug allows it to be used with computers. Its compact desktop design keeps the workspace tidy. The flexible gooseneck allows for free adjustment of the microphone direction, and the wind screen helps reduce noise from wind and other sources. The microphone connection terminal uses a two-way plug with a standard mono plug and a mini plug, and the cable length is 1.6 meters.

Audio-Technica's microphone-related products are highly regarded worldwide.

Audio-Technica microphones are used daily in major broadcasting and recording studios, and are highly valued by top touring musicians and other music professionals for their functionality. Audio-Technica microphones are chosen not only in Japan but also internationally, for use as parliamentary microphones in the United States, and for important events such as the Super Bowl, World Cup soccer, and the Olympics. They are also used in homes, schools, universities, conference rooms, and various other locations, providing excellent performance and value worldwide.

A Japanese audio and video equipment manufacturer called "audio-technica."

Audio-Technica was established in 1962 as a dedicated manufacturer of cartridges for record players. Today, it produces microphones, headphones, AV accessories, and more for general consumers, with microphones used in global events such as the Olympics and the Grammy Awards. Its headphones hold a share second only to Sony, and in the AV accessory field, it produces connection cables made with materials such as oxygen-free copper wire, titanium-coated coverings, and cartridges. In the professional sector, it mainly manufactures and sells optical pickups for optical disc drives, semiconductor devices, wireless microphones for karaoke, and headphones for new music listening machines. It also manufactures food processing equipment such as rice ball and seaweed roll making machines and rice cooker machines.
