1. After applying a primer spray, place the floor sign on the ground. It is convenient to mark the temporarily placed part with chalk.
2. Use a burner to apply flame directly from above to prevent it from peeling up due to wind pressure.
3. Small holes will appear and the flame will temporarily transfer, but if you heat further and small holes appear again, it is okay.
4. Once cooled and hardened, traffic can be released. [Precautions for Use]
- Do not use on public roads.
- Be sure to apply the dedicated primer spray for floor signs. (Approximately 1.4 to 2.8 m2 can be painted with one can)
- Since fire is used, thoroughly check the compatibility and adhesion of the substrate, and be careful of fires caused by ignition.
- Perform construction on days with a temperature of 10°C or higher and no risk of rain. Also, since the road surface may be colder than the air temperature, warm the road surface with a burner beforehand if necessary.
- Use a burner with a capacity of 20,000 kcal/h or more.
- Be very careful when handling the burner to avoid burns, fires, and gas accidents.
- After completing the work, allow sufficient cooling before opening to traffic.
- In summer, the material softens due to heat, so be careful of tearing or other damage.
- Do not pull the material during heating, as it may tear or shift.
- The glass beads scattered on the surface will slightly sink into the sheet immediately after construction.
