Multiple Temperature Sources

Each header can dynamically reference three temperature sources. Fan Xpert 2+ can map to the temperature of compatible ASUS graphics cards for optimized cooling in GPU and CPU intensive tasks.

Smart Protection

Dedicated integrated circuits protect each fan header from overheating and overcurrent.

4-Pin PWM/DC Fan

Each onboard header supports automatic detection of PWM/DC fans.

ProCool Connector

The proprietary connector reinforces the power connection to the motherboard with an 8-pin connector, supplying 12V of power directly to the processor. Each jack uses solid pins capable of handling more current than hollow-pin connectors.

DDR4 5333(OC)

Improved trace routing accesses the memory bandwidth of the latest Intel processors. ASUS OptiMem technology carefully maps memory signal paths between different PCB layers to shorten path distances and adds shielded zones to significantly reduce crosstalk.
