従来ヘルメットでは厚みのある外殻樹脂部を、従来と異なる製法（真空成型製法）を用いて薄肉化。

樹脂部を薄肉化した本ヘルメットは衝撃により変形することで交換を促し、使用者が危険に晒されるのを防ぐことが出来る。
